White Crest WiFi Internet Terms of Use:-
Our WiFi service providers monitor the use of the equipment and the sites guests visit to ensure fair use of the available bandwidth for all guests. Consequently, they use filtering software to block known offensive websites, as well as blocking known torrenting and peer to peer file sharing sites.
1. Unacceptable use of the internet includes accessing or downloading pornographic or other offensive material which may include websites or content that contains pornography,
2. Any use that could interfere with the integrity or performance of the Internet service, the network or equipment is unacceptable and may result in the termination of internet services to that guest room.

WHITE CREST GUESTS INFORMATION
FREE PARKING: There is only ONE parking space per unit in the secure underground car-park. Further guest or visitor parking is available at the rear of the building.
SAFE: Is available at Reception for passports etc
FIRE SAFETY: Please read the fire and safety instructions located on the inside of your unit door.
SMOKING: ALL of our Apartments are NON SMOKING. If you must smoke please use the balcony only (ashtray provided on balcony table).
CHECK OUT TIME: Prior to 10am.
CLEANING: Our housekeepers do not remove rubbish, if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition, a $50 charge will apply.
ACCOUNTS: For late arrivals could you please come to reception to sign your paperwork and settle your account the next morning. We accept most Credit Cards, Eftpos or Cash.
TELEVISION CHANNELS - There are over 30 Digital Free to Air channels plus 12 Foxtel channels. The Foxtel channels can be found between channels 101 and 112

SWIMMING POOL (7am – 8pm): Located at the front the building. Entry to the pool is through the car-park or access via the front courtyard. No glass to be taken into the pool area. Parents MUST supervise their children at all times.
Pool Towels are available for hire at Reception for $5 each for the length of your stay.
Please do not use the ‘house’ bathroom towels in the pool area.
GAMES ROOM (7am – 8pm) Located at the front of the building. Pool table 2 x $1 coins.
TENNIS COURT Located at the rear of the building. Racquets and balls are available for hire from reception. Hire charge is $10 for 2 racquets & balls or $20 for 4 racquets and balls. Feel free to use the court any time when not in use.
BBQ: Located at the rear of the building adjacent the tennis court & outside the games room.
Cooking utensils are available at reception. To unlock the BBQ, use your unit entrance key.
REFUSE No glass down refuse chute - there are recycle bins located in the car park.
LAUNDRY For your convenience a Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer and Clothes Airer are located in your Apartment laundry and clothes line at the rear of the building if required.
Washing powder is available at Reception for $1 per sachet.
Please do not hang washing over the balcony rails.
NOISE Please respect other guests at all times & noise kept to a minimum after 10pm.
VISITORS All visitors and guests must report to Reception on arrival in compliance with Fire Safety Regulation and check in with the Qld App.
CONVENIENCE STORE There are 2 small convenience stores located a short walk along the Esplanade turning right from the property and just past the Torquay Hotel. Spar Supermarket in Bideford Street, Torquay (1.5 blocks) or Foodworks a bit further along the Esplanade.
